Bishop Dereck J. White serves as the Lead Pastor of Lannius Church of God in Lannius, Texas. His heart is to preach the whole gospel and build a Spirit-filled, Pentecostal church rooted in holiness and the power of the Holy Spirit. Bishop White is deeply passionate about discipleship and helping believers grow in spiritual maturity, daily devotion, and Christlike character, while seeing people empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk in their God-given calling.

His ministry focuses on strengthening families, reaching the next generation, and equipping the church for Kingdom impact both locally and globally. Bishop White is committed to cultivating an atmosphere where the presence of God is central and where people can encounter Him in a life-changing way. In addition to pastoring, he serves as the CAMSFS Coordinator for the Church of God in the State of Texas, helping prepare and equip young ministers as they pursue God’s call into ministry.

Courtnie White serves alongside her husband and leads the Family Life Department at Lannius Church of God, investing in children and families with wisdom, compassion, and a heart for spiritual growth. She is a licensed minister with the Church of God and holds an associate’s degree in Childcare and Development. Courtnie has a deep passion for seeing the next generation discipled and raised up in the power of Pentecost.

In addition to her ministry leadership, Courtnie is a full-time wife and mother and works full-time at the Sam Rayburn Library in Bonham, Texas, where she continues to serve her community with excellence. Together, Dereck and Courtnie are committed to serving the Lord faithfully, leading with integrity, and shepherding the people of Lannius Church of God with love and humility.

Bishop Dereck and Courtnie are blessed with two daughters, Adisen and Ella, and count it a joy to serve the Lord together as a family.
